Firstly can I send a huge apology for not being online and giving 100% customer service like I have done for the last 7 years, since Sandys Designz has been online. I haven't behaved professionally as I have done in previous years but I left things get on top of me and drag me down.

A lot has happened in my personal life and for a while I found it to be overwhelming and found it hard to get by on a daily basis. Those online friends that have become to know me well will understand.

I have let people down and that's not me at all so for that I am truly sorry. My 12 year old son has been poorly and we are still trying to get a diagnosis on his condition, as well as my husband having to have a quintuple heart bypass back in September, totally unexpected and out of the blue, so I have been trying to cope as best as anyone could in the same situation.

I am hoping that I will get back online part time in mid January.
